What is individual coaching? Coaching is a powerful process for assisting individuals to maximize their potential and achieve what matters to them. Coaches focus on exploring clients' agenda, identifying their goals and challenging them to create strategies that will take them forward.
What is the difference between group and team coaching?
What is group coaching?
People who come together with a common interest but do not always have the same goal in mind. For example, a group of people may come together to be coached on effective leadership, but each individual has their own final goals to which they would apply their new skills.
What is team coaching?
Team coaching is a process of supporting the team in achieving its objectives. It allows team members to achieve the best performance with the assistance of a coach. Team coaching focuses on the development of individuals who are already working together or are going to work together for a long time.
Team of people are all aligned and headed to a common goal or outcome, such as the completion of a project, the start of a new business unit or the closing of quarterly sales efforts.
Additional advantage:
● We offer free of charge trial coaching session. This is optional, of course. Duration 30-40 min.
● We offer coaching packages, what reduces the price significantly. The package covers on average 6-10 sessions, and is agreed up-front.
● Written track record of sessions progress is kept and shared between a coach and coachee.
