Without reinforcement and follow-up, there is little chance for a change in behaviour. We enable individuals and companies to bridge the gap between training and results. Our blended solutions transfers training into a lasting behaviour change.

Our methodology is built on the principles of adult education, latest behavior change studies, right- and left-brain approach, training and learning styles. Our training does not end on the day of training.
Most of our solutions come with a Behaviour Change Plan.
Behavior Change Plan (BCP) is a series of customised activities, designed on the basis of a client's goals. BCP may consist of follow-up 1-on-1 meetings, coaching sessions, a series of e-mails and messages with a bite-sized reinforcement content from the training, and/or recommended list of literatures and videos.
People management

Nonviolent communication (NVC) is a practical communication tool developed by Marshall Rosenberg. The NOC helps to radically transform relations with oneself and others, and also contributes to the development of integrity, empathy and cooperation.

NVC is one of the world's leading and most innovative approaches to communication skills and workplace conflict management. NVC provides cutting edge, concrete tools to deal with workplace conflict in all its forms. NVC is currently being taught in more than 75 countries worldwide. NVC is recommended (as one of the must-haves) in a well-known study on organizational development of the teal organizations of the future.
Awareness: a set of principles that support living a life of collaboration, authenticity, and courage
Language: a choice of words we make that either connect or distance us from others
Communication: skills of knowing how to ask for what we want, how to hear others in disagreement, and how to move toward solutions that work for all

Coaching skills for manager
Course #1 is destined for those who just start using or interested in applying coaching skills
We have developed two courses on coaching skills.
Course #2 - is for those more experienced. Course programme advanced level.
Emotional hygiene and burn-out. You will learn more about what "emotional burnout" is, its stages and symptoms, how not to burn out in life and at work. And most importantly - you will be able to get practical self-help tools against emotional burn-out, to learn how to manage your emotional wellbeing and learn how to turn on emotions save mode on time. We offer practical coaching exercises to monitor your emotional wellbeing and work on your emotions save mode. You will learn how to help yourself and your loved ones.
Professional vocation. Statistics say that 68% of people do not enjoy what they do. Every day they go to work, waiting for Friday as salvation. Can it be different?
