OUR NEW APPROACH TO COMMUNICATION
Nonviolent communication (NVC) is a practical communication tool developed by Marshall Rosenberg. The NOC helps to radically transform relations with oneself and others, and also contributes to the development of integrity, empathy and cooperation.
NVC is one of the world's leading and most innovative approaches to communication skills and workplace conflict management. NVC provides cutting edge, concrete tools to deal with workplace conflict in all its forms. NVC is currently being taught in more than 75 countries worldwide. NVC is recommended (as one of the must-haves) in a well-known study on organizational development of the teal organizations of the future.
Awareness: a set of principles that support living a life of collaboration, authenticity, and courage
Language: a choice of words we make that either connect or distance us from others
Communication: skills of knowing how to ask for what we want, how to hear others in disagreement, and how to move toward solutions that work for all
